Refund policy

We will provide a store credit or refund only if the product is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. We do not provide a refund for incorrect size.

Customers must make the return within 14 days accompanied with the return form provided by White Haven.

Please note that each item is individually assessed by our staff prior to packaging, if you choose to return the item shipping is at own cost to buyer.

Please be careful when trying on your items not to mark them with makeup, fake tan, deodorant or perfumes as we will not provide a store exchange or credit if the above occurs.

-In original condition as received
-With original tags attached
-Unwashed and unworn

Please note that items purchased through promotional sale periods coupon codes and reduced sale items will not be eligible for return.

Change of mind policy

We happily offer a Store credit voucher on items purchased within a 14-day period from the day of delivery. The items need to be returned in original condition along with the return form provided by White Haven.

Faulty Item/s

At White haven we thoroughly check each item before being shipped out to you. In the rare occasion that there is a manufacturing fault we will provide a refund.
